RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to exchange only.
Exchanges will be processed within 10 days from the time of receiving your item(s).
Sale / discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately sale / discounted items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@FugaFit.com. The items must be unused and still have the FugaFit tags in place. Sales or discounted items cannot be exchanged.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY PARCEL?
Don't worry, we most likely have your parcel but it is waiting to be fully processed. Due to high volumes of orders, we are unable to notify you that we have received your parcel. Please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt. Once we have processed your exchange, you will receive an email and SMS notification. Please allow us up to 10 days for us to process this.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags still in place. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned at your own expense.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as underwear and water bottles cannot be exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at Info@FugaFit.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot refund items that are not received by FugaFit due to loss or damage in the post.
Abuse of our exchange policy, such as repeat exchanges with no valid reason, free wardrobing & chargeback fraud will not be accepted. FugaFit reserves the right to make the final decision on exchanges.
